Another year

Last Wednesday marked our 2nd wedding anniversary. I had to work night shift on Tuesday so I slept in the morning but woke to this lovely little gift.

Pretty perfect don't you think? We went out to dinner with the girls after Physie, our anniversary is a family celebration since our daughters were the only other people at our wedding besides the celebrant and photographers who were also our witnesses.

Mini break

Last weekend we escaped for a mini break to Yamba. We stayed at the famous Blue Dolphin caravan park and timed it perfectly for Scarlett's 7th birthday! She had a blast....

I love pelicans and am always amazed at how blue their feet look when you get up close to them!
